2. There will be no reservations of items, its based on a first come first serve basis. Priority will be given to those who make payments first.
3. Once an order and payment had been made, there will be no cancellation and refunds. Orders will be sent out accordingly.
4. Conditions of chosen items are checked before sending out. Therefore, there will be no exchange and no refunds.
5. Please take note that colours of items may differ due to photography lighting or computer resolutions.
6. We make an effort in our packaging to secure your chosen items. Therefore, we will not be responsible for any loss or damaged during postage.
7. Pre-order items will need 3-4 weeks or earlier to arrive.
8. Payment for pre-order items are to be made in full.
9. Ready stocks will be sent out the following day.
10. Price is subject to changes without notice.
11. Payments are to be made within 24 hours, if not orders will be deemed cancelled.
